A little more info for those attending, looking like we have 9 confirmed MINIs and 5 maybes so a good size group. The current weather forecast is 60 degree and a 60% chance of light rain nothing that would cancel the run. I am looking for a sweeper so anyone that wants to volunteer great or someone will get voluntold at the drivers meeting (you all know who you are). - Route sheet will be provided at the driver's meeting - Bring radios (If you do not have one I will have extras loan out) Please see the attached graphic to see where we are staging in the parking lot. I look forward to seeing everyone.

Abosultely, we are set to start the second leg at 1230. The second half have the best twisties Yes, rain or shine. As long as no ice/snow. Look like rain or mid 50s so ice should not be an issue.

I feel like Ali gets a cut of the Bingo money, time share people don't sell this hard, lol. We are already registered for bingo. Brandy and I will sit down an figure out events in the next day or two, with primary and secondary choices if registration is full on one. Sounds like I need to setup my race registration setup. Figure out which computer has the fastest rated NIC and hardline it to the cable modem. You will bet those WiFi people everytime.

Just wanted to give all a heads up the local junkyard just got in a 2009 just a cabrio. If anyone is looking for something let me know and I can swing by. I was there today and grab the mirror caps and the piano black door cards and dash accents. the interior is in good condition, no cracks just needs a little leather cleaner and elbow grease. Tan leather with manual controls non-heated. The dash has the cream dashpads and arm rests. Has the optional center arm rest. Was in a good front end impact so nothing salvageable on the front, but the rear is good so tail lights, wheel molding all good. This is a good way to get what you need or OEM upgrades for pennies on the dollar. I got everything above and a radio for less than one new mirror cap.

Route sheets for Sunday have been finalized Mistress Run route sheets.pdf

And this is why we pre-run, some stuff has changed in three years. A few small tweaks but the second leg is good. I likely rerun this first leg tomorrow as it required a decent reroute do to 1) stupid McMansions having massive speed bumps installed every half mile on a section of one of the best twisters I found, 2) an unmarked gravel road. Should have the finalized route sheet posted tomorrow.

Hey all, I was wondering what runs everyone was thinking of doing. Also any suggestions on any should be first time time events. Also I have attached a more visual representation of the events scheduled, for me it just makes it a bit easier to see what overlaps. The time line is color coded to easily identify moderate, spirted, or unspecified pace, performance/testing, and non-driving events. Also all the events on the timeline are hyperlinked on the time line so if you click on one it will take you to that events page for more information. Hope some find it helpful. dragon schedule.pdf

I agree if swapping in an OEM radio it would not be a big deal. You do have to take out a large portion of the dash, but it is not difficult. I told it out of Brandy's 09 clubby. gen2s are getting old enough that you can find them in parts yards now, and a few of MINIs being parted out on craigslist. i would check those places for a good priced replacement.
