I don't drive Tigger in the winter any more so for the last two years the battery has died. I need a trickle charger but I don't know what to get. I bought a crappy one once but it didn't have clips and we couldn't figure out how to use it. I don't mind spending the money for a good one that will maintain the battery over the winter. He will be outside so it has to handle the cold weather that we might get. What are some good trickle chargers for my old boy?

Hey Alan All I did this year was have Amelia repaired after being rear ended. So she lost her boot decals

I also learned the hard way, do not apply beltline tape on a hot summer day!

Lots of us have de-chromed, the cheap way to do it is with PlastiDip and I think they have a gloss spray now. The PlastiDip expert here is @1975_mini I did a lot of Carbon fiber on my '06 and I will tell you that it doesn't hold up well over time, especially on door handles. Both of our MINIs with Carbon Fiber door handles wound up with cracked ugly door handles in about 3 years. I also De-Chromed my R52 when I had him repainted and went all body color over the chrome and the plastic, including the chrome instrument panel surrounds

I just remember when we were putting Sirius into Max which is an '09, we researched this and decided to do the external Sirius connection because it was just easier than trying to replace the radio head or upgrade OEM (which was really expensive)

I don't think you can change out the stereo on the 2nd gen, I did it on my first gen but the later ones integrated it. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will come in and correct me
