  1. You can use it without a invertor by using an outlet in the cabin
  2. :questionmark: :questionmark: :questionmark:
  3. I am a Bridgestone fan and the Potenza GO19 are great tires. I ran a trackday at VIR with them and they performed great. When I purchased my new rims It was cheaper to mount new tire and I cannot wait for the Kumho's to wear out. I want to put the GO19's back on my MINI. I just checked and Tirerack has them in the 205/45R17.
  4. :top: I would guess this is on the 27th after the Welcome dinner
  5. I do recall seeing a grill over by the big fire pit but that sure would not be convenient. A few of those cheap hibachi grills would work in a pinch
  6. From what I recall the cabin I was in did not have a grill and neither did the one that Bill was in.
  7. Hey Gigi, When you ask this group about mods for a MINI be prepared to open your wallet DCMM is full of members who are mod-a-holics  I currently have lowering springs, adj. sway bar links and new brake rotors/pads sitting in my garage waiting to be installed.

  9. Just saw this on Crutchfield's facebook: "Starting Saturday February 20th our Annual Outlet Clearance Sale begins! Save at least 10% on all in stock Outlet inventory items! The sale runs through March 6th, so be sure to stop by the store and check out all the great deals!" Maybe it is time for a roadtrip
  10. That is something I did not consider that the class would also help me with the twisties Might just have to consider taking the class even if I decide not to autocross :top:
  11. Craig you beat me to it. Saw this on C3M website last night and was going to post it later Now I just need to decide if I want to try some autocross this year :hmmmm2:

  14. That would be my main concern is they could seize up without proper lubrication or in cold weather like you stated!
  15. I will be redoing my brakes / rotors soon and was wondering if anyone has use the TyrolSport Brake Caliper kit. http://www.tyrolsport.com/index.php?p=product&id=172&parent=64 They replace the soft rubber bushings with bronze alloy bushings and stainless steel guide pins. It would seem that this would allow the calipers to operated more smoothly but wasn't sure if they were worth the extra $107.
  16. And here is the special door prize A Mini United 2009 lanyard and a Mini 50 year anniversary medallion.
  17. Thanks Katie for hosting this year's party :top: and for those who did not attend, you missed out on the cool door prize that Edge won
  18. Pulley installs can be pretty expensive due to what is involved. From what I recall a typically install with parts can range from $300 to $400. You might give Dan at MachV http://www.fastmini.net/ and get a quote from him. They are located in Sterling.
  19. I plan on bringing some pretzel chips, pita chips, hummus & spinach dip. :eating: See ya all tomorrow
  20. As far as I know, I was the one that got the couch for a few days! If Craig & Lona are sharing, it better be a big couch for all 3 of us
  21. I was planning on Monday. You could possibly talk me into going down on Sunday but that would mean another day of me on the couch at your cabin
