I added stripes recently. I like how they put them right over the hood scoop so my new M7 scoop is sitting in a box until I decide what to do! :questionmark::hmmmm2:

Did you use Plasti-Dip on the front license plate cover on Carmen? I have the chrome version and was thinking of using the Plasti-Dip on it....

I think it came in black - Cindy picked it up from MINI of South Atlanta. But, Plasti-dip should work if you tape off the Let's Motor part.

I was able to find a gloss black license plate frame at Pep Boys. Seems like it was about $14. For the rear, I sprayed my MoS frame with plastidip and I finally got around to putting it on this past weekend.

Here's a couple of shots of our MINI's The son's 07 MCS is actually Honda S2000 pearl yellow with a good amount of extra pearl in the clear. We call it UN mellow yellow.

 

 

And our 09 Laser Blue Clubman S.

Just gave my Clubman a mini-detail (Clean, AquaWax, Back to Black, tire gel) and snapped a few photos.

 

No name for the beast yet, after a year of ownership. If I 'had' to name it, I'd pick between Nunzio and Finnegan (reference to Rauno Aaltonen, the Flying Finn: Finn Again - Finnegan).

This is my "Next Generation Trnka Toy"...the first generation was a 1989 Porsche 944 but that is long gone. This is a 2003 R53 Cooper S that I got January 2010. I have added a few chrome accents and will replace the grill with a chrome JCW style grill from MossMini very soon. That will be all that I do on the outside. Looking forward to doing some performance mods on the inside.
