I was asking Beau about this since he's done so many mods to his R53. There is a tool that is similar to the access port for the gen ones. It's from Jan at http://www.revolutionmini.com/ It's called the MINI R53 Flash Tool Flash tool for the R53 (Super Charged) Mini Cooper S. I can't figure out how to get a direct link to it, the link in the url doesn't change on his site when you're browsing. It costs $300

Yup Mission Accomplished! I even fed Beau some chicken and veggies in a coconut lime curry, he seemed to like it. Daisy and Peanut were happy since they love visitors. What was funny was Mark and I were in the living room when we both perked up and Mark said "Does he have a really tricked out MINI?" We heard the exhaust from in the house. I love that sound!!!!

I've heard this too, would love to know if there's a way to reset a tune on a first gen

I work in DC and could swing through Roslyn on my way home tonight if that helps. I also live near Craig so I can bring it to his place or you can get it from mine if you need it early in the morning.

Did you do the pulley yet? Tigger has the Pulley, CAI and exhaust and I love it. I also upgraded the brakes to Hawk ceramic on the advice of a friend. He said if I'm going to add power I should also upgrade the braking. Plus I upgraded the rear sway bar. The CAI really magnifies the sound of the super charger!

I just got one that I bought used from NAM. It's a Magnaflow and I LOVE IT! It would fit your car so if you find a used Magnaflow 16662 and want to know what it sounds like, let me know.

Ok I took some pics on the phone, I'll have to transfer them to my laptop and then I will post. His poor little orange snout is not a big scratched. It was amazing how much dirt was under that thing.

I ordered Tigger some really nice Carbon Fiber door handle covers. They are the real thing and look great, I also ordered the mirror cap covers which are in production now. After putting them on I looked at his fake carbon fiber snout and could not take it. It just didn't go with the real thing. Soooooo I ripped it off, which wasn't easy as that 3m double sided tape was really stuck on. I had to use my orange citrus goop removing spray and a plastic putty knife. His nose is all orange now and I like it so much better. It feels like I modded him, but I brought something back to stock If any of you are interested I got the CF pieces from http://www.carbonmini.com/ They have good prices and the quality is good. They even sent me a free CF shorty. Can't wait to get my mirror covers. One other thing about their carbon fiber, it's got a lot of give and flexibility, so it's really easy to install. The cheap stuff is really stiff and hard to install because the tape sticks solid before you get the piece positioned and then you curse at it for a while and fight with it and finally get it kind of straight. OK so I did a small mod and an unmod today

How does that work? Can you post a link? How does it protect it from being stolen?
