  10. Not in need of wheels, but just wanted to say your MINI looks great! :top:
  11. Same here!
  12. THAT is a lot of MINIs:rock::top::congrats:
  13. Be careful Rick, he didn't say anything about lifting beers! :rofl:
  14. I agree that the JCW is very good, and as a matter of fact, if you wanted to be really "Authentic", don't bother installing the flap that opens at 4.5K. John Cooper Garages installed a blanking plate where the actuator was on their official track cars. You used to be able to purchase them with this mod straight from John Cooper's website until BMW bought them out. If you want to save a little money, the Dinan box which I have is very good and is made of the same material as the stock and JCW box which reduces the heating of inlet air that some of the other aftermarket boxes don't do.
  15. I thought about that, it's probably a good idea. I'll change it this evening.
  16. I thought I'd begin a thread for do it yourself modifications. This might be a great way to not only discuss the mods we have, but those which are easy enough to do on a weekend under the ol' shade tree. So, to start, I've installed a few mods on my MINI, and a few on others' MINIs. Being able to wrench on your own car is very satisfying, can save some money, and is a great way to learn your way around under the bonnet. Tell us your DIY stories! Pictures too, if ya got 'em
  17. FUN! I hope we can make this one.
  18. Cool, how ya like 'em? Post some pics too!
  19. Mark, That's one of the coolest things I've seen in a LONG time!!! WOW. The aero kit definitely looks better without the plate in the way.
  20. All, If you have not yet RSVP'd for the annual meeting and are planning to attend, please do so as soon as possible. We'd like to have a good headcount in order to gauge our food order needs. Thanks!
  21. So, Saturday is a normal Meet & Greet?
  22. Cool, hmm, that gives me an idea, maybe we need a how-to section here, any thoughts?
  23. I keep my air molecules in with one of these little gadgets, only $4.
  24. Sorry for the delay in responding, been very busy lately. The current banners are 740px × 192px, but if you want, you can make then even longer. The reason is that the height is set, but the length can "slide" to fit different screen sizes.
