  1. Barry just posted on Facebook that Fontana has several cabins and lodge rooms available. If you call, talk to Lacy or Lona.
  2. Thanks again for leading this! As always, it was a lot of fun, even if the weather wasn't perfect.:motor::motor:
  3. There's a rest area on 66 just after Manassas. That's where Katie and I would meet when we drove together.
  4. I'm pretty sure we've only hit the limit once and that was a few years ago. Even then, I don't think we had to turn anyone away.
  5. Cugini's is hosting an Art Show and Vendor open house, today, Saturday April 1 from 11am to 3pm. If you are looking for something to do, this looks to be a lot of fun. I'm here with my vinyl cutter and DCMM members get a nice discount! Here's a link to the event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1209855339129932/ They have a great beer list right now, especially if you love IPAs! Last night was their Hopfest and a lot of the beers are still on tap. *Usually Cuginis events are 21+, but today all ages are welcome!
  6. If we're short, I'll order another one.
  7. It didn't occur to me that I could just buy the clips. I thought I'd have to replace the entire headlight ring! I just ordered some from Out Motoring. Now Cricket won't look as weird. :top:
  8. On my way home tonight, there was a 3rd Gen Brg/black Cooper on 495. She pulled along side of me and gave me a very enthusiastic wave and thumbs up. It made a yucky commute a whole lot better! :wavey:
  9. I love these! I'm not sure I'll make it to the Dragon this year, but I'll be getting a shirt!
  10. I need it to secure the inner nut that is fixed to the brake bracket. Here is where I'm getting my information, I don't just know that off the top of my head. https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/tires-wheels-and-brakes/168597-r56-front-rotor-replacement-diy.html
  11. Here you go! ces.landsend.com/DC_Metro_MINIs The new logo hasn't been added yet. It will be coming soon.
  12. Does anyone have an 11/16 slim wrench I could borrow? That seems to be the only tool I need that I don't have. I'm willing to buy one, but I'm running out of time to get one.
  13. I have a bunch of MINI shirts to get rid of. I've got them with me, so I'll bring them tonight. They are mostly women's size XL, but they really fit more like a Medium/Large. Free to anyone who wants some, I just want them to go to a good home! :top:
  14. It's going to be really nice today, maybe we can sit outside?
  15. It's for the solar sensor for MINIs with the automatic air conditioning option.
  16. Sorry for nearly causing you to go deaf! I rarely see anyone and if so, it's usually impossible to wave due to traffic. I might have gotten a little excited.
  17. I'm pretty sure we aren't going to make it to this one. August is a busy travel month for us.
  18. I have the JCW front strut brace and to be perfectly honest, it was not worth the money. It looks nice and I don't regret getting it, but I did not notice any difference at all after I put it on.
  19. Thanks for coming out! It was great time!
  20. You can see what they have on tap here: https://untappd.com/v/cuginis-restaurant-and-bar/863949 It will change before Sunday, so don't get your heart set on anything. :beerglass::beer:
  21. I found one that is similar that is available: https://www.amazon.com/Arteck-18000mAh-Portable-External-Automotive/dp/B01LXC8SPF/ref=sr_1_3?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1486740234&sr=1-3&keywords=arteck+car+jump+starter
  22. I got to try this out this morning and it worked great! It couldn't have been easier and Cricket started right up.
