  1. Nice to meet you today, glad you enjoyed the run. Next run is is on Nov. 21st, which might be one of the last runs of the year pending the weather. Only 2 spots left so sign up soon if you want to join us
  2. Most of the Northern VA C&C events are pretty well behaved. Nice to meet you and look forward to seeing you on future runs
  3. Route posted in the members section:
  4. Glad everyone seems to have a had a great run. Thanks for coming out to my run. We will add this into next years run list. And what happens in the parking lot stays in the parking lot
  5. No problem. See everyone else in a couple hours
  6. Magically a 16th spot just opened. Go hit RSVP
  7. Hey everyone- Looks like we should be a go for Sunday, and I am really looking forward to this run. 13 cars already signed up, just 2 open spots at this point. A couple notes for this run. Time changes Sunday morning, so don't be late Make sure you check tire air pressure, it's going to be a cold start. Extra note, drive within the limits of your tires (talking to you guys that run summer tires ) Top off your gas, there are no scheduled stops, although it's only about 50 miles for the run. Get there early if you want to check out Cars and Coffee, attendance has been growing, but the cold might keep numbers down. Radios, 7 sub channel 21 Find me the day of if you want the route map GPX file. 10:15 for the drivers meeting, attendance is mandiory 10:30 we roll out Thanks everyone. Let us know if you have questions.
  8. Cars and Coffee starts at 9, so feel free to get to Leesburg Public House early and check out everyone else's cars. ^ above address is correct. There are a couple gas stations right there, so make sure you are topped off.
  9. Cap is set at 15, should already be set. Reminder for those of us with summer tires, temps are dropping. I put my winter tires on yesterday to be safe Can’t wait to see everyone next weekend.
  10. I typically have a scanner in my trunk. If you can wait till the Tri-State run I can clear it then. Or we meet up sooner, but my schedule is a mess for a couple days.
  11. With 6 already saying yes, this will be a go as long as the roads are dry
  12. MTTB is canceled, just asked Corey to update the other thread. Also going to update that this run will be weather contingent, the run down Chestnut Hill Road is pretty technical, and would be zero fun if it's wet. Thanks! UPDATE: I think this run is pretty twisty, so lets only do it if it's dry. The run down Chestnut Hill Road is pretty technical, and would be zero fun if it's wet. This could end up being 2+ hours if we had to go slow to be safe.
  13. @1975_mini You should probably change this thread to say canceled.
  14. Event Title: Tri-State endurance sprint Event Date: 11/07/2021 10:00 AM to 11/07/2021 01:00 PM Event Address: Hi everyone- Since MINI's take the Beltway couldn't happen this year, I thought we could come up with something different. Would anyone be interested in a roughly 90 minute Tri-State route. See the attached map for my rough planed route. This is longer than the Hop Skip and a Brew style runs, but not quite a full day run. If requested we could schedule in a pit-stop in Brunswick if everyone doesn't want to run 90 minutes straight. If we can get 5-15 cars interested I would put on this run. More details to come if people want to do this run. UPDATE: I think this run is pretty twisty, so lets only do it if it's dry. 16. ^^ Nice work. Love the red accents. I also love how all the white helps hide the sunroof glass.
  17. Glad to have you guys out. You did a great job on your first run. Look forward to seeing you again at future events.
  18. Good question, when I asked Corey the answer was a park. Not sure if he will respond tonight. But it might not hurt to think about packing a lunch, or at least a snack to make it to the winery.
  19. Margaux and I will be at the winery
  20. I like it. Nice work. I might get a smaller one to add to my side rear windows.
  21. I head out to LPH most Sundays. 50/50 on if I bring the BMW or the MINI.
  22. Did someone forget to enable the RSVP option? I can't find it
