Can't speak to the LED Front Driving Light Kit. But MINI Halo DRL require the module so that the lights will know when to be full rings(drl) or when the headlights are on the are just the top 1/3 of the right as the regular position lights would be -

R60 Heater Blower Won't go past 50%

Up until last year, I think, the only way to get true DRL was to buy the ones that are mounted in the grill, or buy the LED Halo DRL(includes the fog lights). I'm pretty sure it was last year they added the option from factory to get the Halos. Yours was likely speced by the dealer would be my guess as they like to put on the more popular features. -
It would be helpful for head count, but you will need to do that through the full site as the rsvp option does not show up in tapatalk.

I have no problem sweeping. There are more spaced around back, if anything the small lot just to the right of it I think is usually been empty periodically.
