Looking at my manual it states it is automatically deactivated at low external temperatures. Might be slightly different in a 15. -

10-15 minutes sounds about right for what mine does. I don't mind it as I only use it when going through smelly areas. -

You probably have a cached version of it. I just tried both logged in and out from my work pc, my phone, and my laptop at home and it doesn't show on any of them.
