I gotta admit, I am pretty pissed at myself, and really wish I could have pulled it together to get out there today. What a beautiful day to be motoring. . .laying around, feeling like 8 different types of ass has been for the birds. And I didn't get to meet Merlin and some of the new first timers w/ DCMM.

The runs vary, but you can count on a few hours at least. . .normally seem to wrap up around 3 or 4ish.

Sorry I had to sit it out. Just FYI, if it was a food borne illness, think back three days. Unless it was a chemical cross contamination, most FBI's take a few days to get going, unless it is something really serious, but you wouldn't even to be at the computer if that was the case. I swear I have tagged about 50 MINIs, and to no avail. Not a single person has joined us here, that I can tell, by way of being tagged. . .that makes me sad.

I have been really torn, for a long time(pre=MINI times)about this stuff, but I may just have to give it a go and see what I am missing.

I use to make it out every/every other Saturday, was always well worth it. Need to get photos together. I like that it is short, concise, to the point, quality, and being early like that helps keep some of the crowd down. The mix of old and new is awesome. It really shows off the varied tastes in the enthusiastic owners around here in NoVA! I need to g through my shots now that I think of it, I have a lot of pictures I haven't done anything with. . .I know the owner of the NOBLE, awesome car.

With the car still being so new to you, why not go back to the dealer and ask if there is any swap they could do? Tell them that you would prefer an all season, see if they would work with you.

Well, it is one of those thing like any insurance. . .will you need it? Who knows. Will you be glad you have it if something goes wrong? Damn Skippy. IMO, it is cheap peace of mind. I have had my MINI is the dealership twice since purchasing. With my plan, I paid a $50 deductible, plus overage on the labor(my plan only covers X$/hr). . .2,300 bill/invoice was a LOT easier to bare when I only had to pay $178. 3K upfront isn't too bad, if you break it down to what it is per month($166 per month) and if something did go kaput, you won't have to worry. Just my $.02
