TGGRRR (Ali)

I know this wasn't one of you guys. My friend just reported to me that on the way to work she saw a Cooper S cut off a Cooper. I was shocked She said the S was on the road and the Cooper was merging in, there was plenty of room for the Cooper to merge in front of the S, who then sped up, cut off the Cooper and filled the space. Rachel doesn't even own a MINI and she was so shocked she texted me right away. She knew un-MINIlike behavior when she sees it Anyway, I know this wasn't one of you guys. I know I'd be all happy that I had the chance to let another MINI onto the road :motor::motor:

I got a wave from a pure silver in Baileys Crossroads. She kind of didn't have a choice. We were on a skinny access road and she was stopped in traffic and I was coming the other way squeezing through. I was practically in her face waving :itsme::itsme: I'll take a wave any way I can get it

It's Mark's Dads birthday that weekend. So we're going to Williamsburg to celebrate with him.

I don't think a lot of people realize what a MINI can do. These are not just cute little cars with good gas mileage. Hey wait, I have a first gen Cabrio, I don't even get great gas mileage, but I do get zippy!

Is there a difference in mirror caps with power folding? I thought all Gen 2's had power folding, they don't?

I've started noticing a few MINIs that I see regularly on the way to work and I can't get a wave. There's a chili red that drives the opposite direction down Lincolnia, I can't imagine they don't see me waving. There's a purple haze with fat white stripes that comes into DC with me on 395, I'll give her a break as I always see her in the left lane right near Pentagon or on the bridge, it's kind of crazy around there. I saw 5 MINIs on the way to work this morning and not a single wave, but the guy in the yellow one did look like he might have waved if I wasn't zipping by him so fast Ali

I totally forgot about my old Compaq. You can use Shnellie, she's older but she still works. I'll bring her along, she's only 6 pounds with a 14" screen running XP pro Ali

I'm using the Prima Banana Gloss which goes on really easy and comes off really easy and leaves a deep shine, I just have some issues with the edges of my vinyl flames and along some of the seems. I figured it's my technique. As long as I hit the wax with the microfiber it will come off and it glosses great, but I think I'm just messy with it.

I always have problems getting the wax out of the crevices, and I'm never sure how to wax around the flames.

We checked weather.com and the weekend will be chilly. lows in the 30's overnight and highs in the high 50's - low 60's during the day. Dale said we spend a lot of time sitting on the front porch so bring a blankie if you want to stay warm out there.
