PA and OH both have the type of toll roads where you pay when you exit and it depends on when you entered. It's been a long time since I've done that drive without an EZPass, but you used to need to pull a ticket at the start and turn it in when you exited.

I'm asking $50. The Union Jack is scratched and peeling, so I will recover it in a solid color of your choice, if you want. The box itself is in great shape. As far as I know, this will only fit 2nd Gen hatches.
I'll add pictures when I get home tonight. Pick up would be in Tysons or Poolesville.

We might be playing in the dark, we're in a power outage. Today has been a real adventure.
Tree came down in the middle of my photography run and almost took out a Cabrio. Craig saved the day with a hatchet .
Every year I went, I made sure to have a flashlight or 12. I'm pretty sure I took a lantern one year. Never once had a power outage. :stupid:
A hatchet? Was this something he normally carries? :top:

Could've swore I saw Cricket on Sycolin Road yesterday, heading toward Leesburg.
Today, I (sadly) saw a 2nd Gen JCW Black/red, plate "MNI NJA", or rather the aftermath. Caught fire, completely destroyed
You probably did. Traffic was awful, so I took the longer but moving option. I don't usually go home through Leesburg!
Sorry to hear about the JCW. That's never good.

Checking to see if anyone has a bed/room available...not sure how things are shaping with the big cabin. Apparently my name wasn't on the waiting list from last year, so I'm hoping to talk with Lacey tomorrow (fingers crossed)
Barry just posted on Facebook that Fontana has several cabins and lodge rooms available. If you call, talk to Lacy or Lona.

Definitely :top: That route didn't show up, but I punched it in and it's just about the same amount of time and distance. Not very familiar, so a good rendezvous is up to you. Possibly a highway rest area?
There's a rest area on 66 just after Manassas. That's where Katie and I would meet when we drove together.

I'm pretty sure we've only hit the limit once and that was a few years ago. Even then, I don't think we had to turn anyone away.

Cugini's is hosting an Art Show and Vendor open house, today, Saturday April 1 from 11am to 3pm. If you are looking for something to do, this looks to be a lot of fun.

They have a great beer list right now, especially if you love IPAs! Last night was their Hopfest and a lot of the beers are still on tap.

It didn't occur to me that I could just buy the clips. I thought I'd have to replace the entire headlight ring! I just ordered some from Out Motoring. Now Cricket won't look as weird. :top:

On my way home tonight, there was a 3rd Gen Brg/black Cooper on 495. She pulled along side of me and gave me a very enthusiastic wave and thumbs up. It made a yucky commute a whole lot better! :wavey: :rock:
