One set of MINI wheel locks. They were used very briefly on a 2007. They will fit stock wheels, but probably won’t work with aftermarket wheels.

I'm pretty sure you have to get it from the dealer. They will order it from Germany and you have to provide your driver's license and registration to prove you are the owner of the car. Even you were able to find one from a third party, you'd need to pay the dealer to have it programmed.

Sadly, I'm out completely for this. There are too many other things I'd like to do to take time off for even part of this route.
I don't want to complain though, we've been lucky in this area to have been part of almost every other MTTS.

That, as it turns out in this case, means it is cold af and you need to run the car for about 30 minutes. After that, you can turn it off and on again and you will have full warp drive.
Some sites say it might have been a low battery, which I would probably buy given it was 9 degrees here over night.
Mine started just fine this morning, though I was a little concerned after reading this!
I need to move to Miami or something...

I'm hoping to come for a few days, but like Devin and Corinne, I want to see about MTTS. I also have a few other trips planned for the summer, so we'll see how things work out.

After the Meet and Greet at MINI of Sterling, let's go check out a couple of the nearby breweries!
We will depart MINI of Sterling at approximately 11:45am
Here are some of the nearby breweries and what, if anything, they are serving for lunch on Saturday:
Ocelot - Food Truck - Thai
Beltway Brewing - No Food/TBD
Crooked Run Sterling - Mexican food
Lost Rhino - Serves food on site
Old Ox - Food Truck - The Frenchman
Solace Brewery - Food Truck - Flavor (southern food)
We can decide as a group where we want to start and go from there. The intention is not to go to all of them, this list is just to provide options!

Yes, I'm working on the logistics now.
We would not arrive at the Meet and Greet until about 11:30 and head immediately to the brewery.

This has been sold!
I bought a donut spare from another member last Spring and since it's a 4-lug, it won't work with the new MINI.

I saw Melissa last night on the Beltway. I'm pretty sure she didn't see me (or know it was me). I was 2 lanes over and there was a ton of traffic.
