Just a quick hello

Hey everyone...Finally back in a fun car... just got this gem.. can't wait to spend some time and money on it to make it what i want... after driving a prius for so long i couldn't handle it any more and sold it and wanted the best bang for my dollar for a fun car... look forward to learning a lot from everyone on here

Well should be swapping rims this weekend and added my arm rest and hopefully if time gives ill finally get my grills on

all the DIY make it seem like it takes over an hour or 2 becuas eyou have to remove the bumpers and what not.... care to share how you did it in 10 mins???

 

Sorry, i missed this. glad to see you got it. It should have been four expandable screws across the top, and they four slots the you compress and it slides right off.

 

Sorry again for not see this sooner.

The 1st Gen grill isn't as easy as the 2nd Gen... It does take longer.

I ended up just snapping the tabs and it came off without any issues... Lol... Oh well :)

 

Sorry, the trick is the universal tool, long craftsman flat head screw drive. tip the grille froward after you remove the top four screws and use the screwdriver to compress the tabs. lol
