There are never any dumb questions, thank you for asking! Just to add what Craig has already said, we have two levels of membership here. The registered user level and the paid membership level. Our "Member" runs are for those that have paid, a little something extra, along with other social events through out the drive season for those who have committed financially to DCMM (A non profit club). Paid members can also join our open runs. The open runs are for anyone registered at DCMM, or are members of other clubs. We try to have one open run, and one member run, per month during the drive season. The RSVP amount is up to the drive leader and can fluctuate if a run is particularly popular. Hello, I'm brand new to the forum and just purchased a couples membership. I assume that means my spouse will have access to the club benefits, such as the ability to join members-only runs and receive discounts at participating third-party vendors? Does she get a membership card, too? I didn't see anywhere on the application to enter her name. In other words, I'm not really sure what I paid for. That's not a complaint. I was impatient and purchased the couples membership before requesting clarification, so that's 100% on me. And the price was very reasonable, so I'm not remotely concerned. I'm just curious. Thanks.

Open runs are for both members and non members. Number of participants is up to the run leader.

Hello, I'm a brand new member, so please forgive me if these are dumb questions... This event is labeled an "Open Run". What does that mean? Also, I noticed on the event page says a total of 10 can RSVP. Do most runs limit the number of participants?

Event Title: DCMM Scavenger Hunt Event Date: 07/13/2024 09:30 AM to 07/13/2024 04:30 PM Event Address: 962 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA, 20176 We are bringing back a great event from the past the DCMM Scavenger Hunt. Spend the day gathering points by completing motoring activities in your MINI. We will have a morning leg to the hunt followed by a lunch break to enjoy each other company while the judges tally up the results, announce the winners, and AWARD PRIZES!!! Make your team: Teams will consist of one MINI with at least two MINIacs (Pilot and Co-pilot). Hunt tasks will be submitted to the judges via social media apps (Facebook/Instagram). If you are a solo please post and we will help you find a teammate for the day. It may be a typo on your response post, but the meeting is at 7:00, will that still work?

I think we can make 2:00pm on the 2nd. We do long road trips often and are probably planning longer days than most. We’re also planning a few additional stops to and from, so might be traveling a different route from others. I look forward to chatting and our upcoming adventure!
