We are not taking credit cards on site, cash or check only ~~ This is our annual run around the beltway to honor our Nation's Veterans ~~ 7:30 - 8:30 Registration at Passport MINI of Alexandria Passport MINI of Alexandria 5990 Duke St Alexandria, VA 22304-3212 If you miss the 8:30 deadline for registration just jump in line and we'll register you at Kilroys There will be a prize for the best decorated MINI 7:30 - 8:30 – Registration Park at Landmark Mall / Sears parking lot – across the street from Passport MINI 8:30 - Group picture 8:40 - announce winner of best decorated MINI 8:45 – Driver’s Meeting Landmark Mall / Sears parking lot – across the street from Passport MINI 9:00 – Departure HWY 395S to 495 followed by one counter clockwise loop around the beltway. Exit at Braddock Rd. For those that are new we will take pre-orders for as late as possible but we want to deliver the shirts at MTTB. We have to meet a minimum to make the order so if we don't meet that we will be forced to refund all money received and not order shirts. Every time we do shirt pre-orders there's someone that thinks we have the shirts in stock and that they'll have their shirt in a few weeks. You will not have the shirt quickly, but you will have it in time for the event. I for one am really excited about the design this year. The busted Yellow thing in the front is a classic clubman, the nice red one behind is a woody traveler. Classic Clubmans are identified by their FRONT ends not their length. BTW this was at MTTB a couple years back.
