Poison Ivy Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 I'd just like to share that I LOVED the material and cut of the ladies shirt last year. Bravo!
kgdblu Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 The design process has begun. I'll update when we've picked a design. :top: Is there a color preference on the actual shirts? We did white last year, navy blue the year before and before that we did multiple colors. Bright cobalt blue...I look terrible in orange.
Pure87 Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 i vote for a black MINI or maybe a yellow classic clubby :top: I also vote for a black MINI. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
RDG_RCR Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 I designed shirts for a kickball team and everyone wanted something "bright". They got neon/radioactive green/yellow. You could see them a mile away in the dark. Careful what you ask for Haha, I drive a bright yellow car, use to it But I don't mean Neon, just not black/Navy/grey.
GreenCactus Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 Ok, so, everyone wants their car on the shirt and the shirt should be a coordinating color? I think that's what I've learned from this post.
IndiCooper Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 neon green shirt cause its bright n viberant, with a black MINI cause it's a neutral color, not to mention we have several members with black MINIs

minime331 Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 An idea is to do one classic, a mcs gen 1, gen 2, a clubman, countryman, coupe (all on the same shirt). Just to show all of the Mini's/MINIS in the club. STella- 14' Focus ST Roush CAI, Cobb access port stage1 tune, custom Ptuning 3" exhuast, Levels FMIC, Turbosmart BOV, rally armor mud flaps, more to come.
TGGRRR (Ali) Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 I mean does it even have to be a mini? Couldn't it just be a little British car? Says the Lotus guy Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman

wahoo_shoe Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 What about showing their silhouettes in the shape of a twisty up the front (or back?) of the shirt, with the details of the event on the other side An idea is to do one classic, a mcs gen 1, gen 2, a clubman, countryman, coupe (all on the same shirt). Just to show all of the Mini's/MINIS in the club. 2011 Clubman S - LzB/Black "Clubby" Go Wahoos! Saving Second Base, One Mile at a Time! (Round #3, May 2014) http://info.avonfoundation.org/goto/MShoe

What about showing their silhouettes in the shape of a twisty up the front (or back?) of the shirt, with the details of the event on the other side I was going to suggest the same thing... outlines of the car shapes. Then it really wouldn't be any color, except for the color of the shirt.
LostDenverite Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 I was going to suggest the same thing... outlines of the car shapes. Then it really wouldn't be any color, except for the color of the shirt. But then what's the color of the outlines and the shirts? The design phase, and opinions, are far from settled.
GreenCactus Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Our designer is monitoring this post and I'm sure he will come up with something great! Here are the shirts we've had in years past to give you an idea of what they might look like. 2010 2011 2012
TGGRRR (Ali) Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 I can't wait to see what Coop comes up with Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman
