We're doing 8 miles that morning, we start at 7:00 but I'm slow, it'll take me a good two hours to run. I'll just make noon to Sterling after running home to shower. The route that Marty I tested two weeks ago was just under two hours down there and that was with a few "backtracking" experiments that we threw in just for fun. I'll probably be easy to spot as I'll still have the bike on the car, I've got a 90 minute ride on Saturday morning so I'll be coming straight over from that.
