Maple Festival Run was able to dodge the snow and get in some great mountain driving. @AzFlower and I stayed in a remodeled jail that was part of the old courthouse in Warm Springs, VA which we enjoyed a lot! Cannot remember what the converted for @1975_mini and @Brandy_Brown's room, but it was super nice looking too. Dinner was at the Waterwheel Restaurant in Warm Springs which was a converted mill. The girls will tell you that the highlight was selecting their wine from the restaurant's wine cellar. All in all, a great trip and one that I look forward to repeating next year. Cannot make it this year! My dad is turning 70 so we’ll be up celebrating with the family. Have a great time!

Final Update: The run is a go! As a final reminder, I will not be waiting for anyone who hasn't RSVP'd. We'll take lots of pics of our adventures!

Run Update: Keeping an eye on the weather this weekend. It is currently calling for snow in Warm Springs, VA. Hopefully that will change as the week progresses. I am aware of 2 MINIs (4 people) that are attending this according to RSVPs. Is anyone planning on attending that has not yet RSVP'd? We want to make sure we are waiting for everyone that intends on going with us.

That U-Turn ended up giving us an individual photo op for each driver! Any run that includes a U-Turn in the future will definitely be trying to copy us!
