I had so much fun today - thanks again to everyone who planned, set up, photographed, drove and/or rode along! Erin and I continued the MINI love fest with an impromptu wash/wax/detail of our pretty ladies. :highfive: I'm pooped!!

Executive Decision: Capitol City Brewing Company (Shirlington), at 7:15pm They're the only inexpensive joint nearby that takes reservations on a Friday night. I called around, I promise. So, there will be 12 seats waiting for us (can always add more), with free parking and plenty of time to eat, chat, settle checks and wander over to Potomac Yard in time for the 10:30pm showing!

So, I put a new sticker on Minnie today. Accordingly, I wanted to adjust the vinyl clings on the inside for a more eye-pleasing composition. I started to peel back the rectangular DCMM 10th Anniversary cling - and *GASP* the colors had come off the vinyl and embedded in the tint. I quit peeling and left it alone. OMG... Minnie! :bawling: The oval DCMM cling came off just fine and I was able adjust the grouping that way. Bottom line - has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm not that worried about it since I didn't intend to totally delete the cling. But, let's say I wanted to remove this egregious offender. Will the print ever come off the window tint without damaging it or will it be ghosted there forever?

Holy moly! So, not only was there a GREAT showing at the park, and lots of sweet Grease-inspired fashions, but you bunch of sneakies staged a flash mob marriage proposal!! :party: Before it happened, I was really just marveling in what a perfect birthday I was having. I spent the day knitting, watching Jem & the Holograms on Netflix while I did my absurdly elaborate hair and makeup, then watching Grease outside on a beautiful summer night with a the best bunch of people anywhere! I really had NO idea and it was the best surprise ever! Thank you so much to everyone - Erin, Jake, Ali, Haemish, Catalina, Laura, Michael, Craig, Lona, Chris, Virginia (both of them), Suni, Sara, Sean, Amber, Kevin, Keri, Amy, Melissa, Duane... and Tyler!!! :love:
