Looks like fun Did you try opening up the lens and putting it right onto the fence? That can make the fence disappear in the shallow depth of field, I learned it from a sports photographer. You did get a few nice clean shots, I bet you had a blast

That was a lot of fun and a great day for hanging out. Ray won a prize and at the end they just gave us all of the MINI prizes that weren't won. The Rolls Royce won the favorite in the show. It was a pretty car. There was a black, yes Black DeLorian. A lot of really nicely restored cars and a friendly crowd

I think there are only 4 of us total meeting to caravan. Michael, Ray, Craig and me I plan to leave by 7:45 sharp and hoping that the mall police don't harass us for the 15 minutes that we're there. I'll be at La Madeleine by 7:30 Looking forward to it

Bill - you did great getting that shot, really should have bugged one of the groups of people that we saw I was excited that we got these fancy chickens :top: Laura - it was so much fun. I really appreciate everything that you put into the planning of the event

I'll have Tigger back for the event. He is drivable but the super charger is wonky and a new one is on order from Germany. So I am getting him back until the super charger arrives!

You had me so confused that I had to run the map like 5 ways yeah the name is deceiving. So you're going to meet up with us? I don't know if I'll have Tigger. His super charger needs replacing and he's at Passport. The Super Charger is coming from Germany, but he's drivable, so I have to find out if I can take him while we wait on the part or not. Seems weird to put a Countryman loaner into the car show

So I'm using my house as a starting place since it's fairly central for N. VA. I live near Passport MINI. To go the way we're going is 62 miles from my house The way you're suggesting adds 20 miles onto it Meeting at Tyson's and going the route I picked puts it at 54 miles So for fun I put my the address of my Dr at Rt 1 and 495 in Alexandria, it did send me the other way around the Beltway at 76 miles, so I dragged it over to pass Tyson's and it came in at 71 miles

Can't you just come the other 1/4 way along the beltway?

The plan is to leave Tyson's, head onto 495 to 270, so we won't be going back towards Rt one. Or are you saying you'll just meet us at Tyson's?
