StokedAgain Posted February 24, 2015 Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 Hey all, this thread is dedicated to the repairs and modifications that over time I will be performing on my 2003 Mini Cooper S Hatchback. So far I have done Installed Pacesetter HighFlow header/cat Bilstein Pss9 coil overs on all corners Alta Cold Air Intake System (stg 1) Removed seats and stripped cushions to re-solder the heating elements Removed the Bypass Valve and replaced the spring Installed Boost Gauge Painted Trim pieces various; black/silver I have on order a new serp belt, belt tensioner, front brake sensors, timing chain kit with new sprockets, water pump, charger oil, and a short throw shifter. I would like to do the super charger pulley and the ignition system as well as plugs and injectors and catback, then ultimately a custom tune on it all. I will update as I go and I will get videos and post to YouTube. Feel free to ask any questions as I will probably have some as well! Appearance and quality it is decent, most definitely a more free flowing design. For the price ($400) i couldnt pass it up since my oem cat was toast! If you have the same wheels I can paint them if you'd like. or just trade wheels?
