I think Darryl only gives discount on service and not products. Last time when I took my car in for a two-step detail I got a member discount (10%) but not on the cleaning supplies I bought.

Yeah, I am thinking about the 50% all around for mine because I too dislike uneven tint between the front and back. Wardel said some people choose the 40% as a compromise between 35% and 50%). Of course this means you will probably get a ticket if you get pulled over.

I don't know about Maryland, but in VA you can't go darker than 50% in the front and 35% in the back. (FYI, 50% means the tint allows 50% of light coming through. That also means that 35% offers darker tint than 50%). I spoke with Wardel yesterday and he said he also offers 40% tint, but if you choose it for the front windows and you get pulled over, you will likely get a ticket.

Just got my car back from Darryl. He did a two stage detailing with swirls removal. Love his work. Worth every penny. FYI, he also rents out his lift for $10 an hour if you want to do install/repair over there. Darryl has the basic tools if needed, but you should bring your own just in case. Thanks Darryl! Denny

Steve, P-tuning doesn't do any software mod for mini. Another place to check is Mach V, which is out in Sterling. I recently paid a visit to MOS and my experience couldn't have been better. I brought my '13 fJCW in for OEM parts install (GP rear diffuser and underbelly pan). My advisor, Jack Conate, he was super helpful from beginning to end. Since I am new to Mini, I had a lot of questions about operating the car/how-to. Jack was very patient throughout the process. What's more, he gave me a very good discount on the labor because there was some unexpected delay on the OEM parts. While it was a minor inconvenience, MOS had made significant effort to let me know that I am a valued customer. Hope my feedback helps.
