  1. I'm driving up on Friday 8/2 and meeting Sherri for dinner at Wienerlicious. No timeframe on that yet, but if anyone else wants to meet us there we can do a group text like we did last time. Heading back home Sunday morning.
  2. I just booked my room at Quality Inn Lakefront. Who's meeting me for dinner Friday night at Wienerlicious?
  3. @CHILLIN was behind me on Pickett Road/Blake Lane last night. I waved, but I don't think she knew it was me.
  4. MTTS registration is now open: http://www.minitakesthestates.com/registration.htm And if you scroll to the bottom of the FAQ page and look on the right side of the picture, you may see some familiar faces... http://www.minitakesthestates.com/faq.htm
  5. I saw @SchnuppDawg77 on 495 yesterday. I was incognito in a pickup truck.
  6. You can also just show up to the start of an organized run you didn't register for and go with them. Many (most?) of the runs (that don't require a dining reservation/prepayment/glass blowing ticket) don't take attendance, and there's nothing stopping you from simply following them if they do.
  7. I didn't see you, but that's where my office is! A few nights ago I was on 495N and there was a blue and black R56 in the lane next to me. DCMM cling and C3M stickers on the windows, MD plate OBLIMEY
  8. As of now, I'm planning to drive to Portland
  9. I have radio ADD - I'm constantly switching between Lithium, Hair Nation, Ozzy, Turbo, 80s, 90s... It's usually Pop Rocks when Matthew is in the car
  10. I didn't see you. I must have been too busy wallowing in traffic misery...
  11. No, all we know are dates. Updates will be posted as details are revealed, but it will likely be several months before we know anything more.

  16. So I was looking at the route to Michigan and was reminded that Breezewood exists. Has anyone ever taken 522 to access/exit the turnpike east of Breezewood? It adds 26 miles, but you're not forced to go through Breezewood. Plus, I imagine that extra 20-30 minutes could be faster than inching through Breezewood during peak times...
  17. Sweet! The official drive will have us crossing the bridge twice this time. https://www.minionthemack.com/event-details
  18. Look what I just found! We need someone who won't be there to monitor this site and save the pictures of us crossing!!! http://www.mackinacbridge.org/fares-traffic/bridge-cam/
  19. $4 per bridge crossing. Highway tolls to/from? No idea. EZ Pass!
  20. FYI for all slackers (like myself): The MOTM Facebook page just announced that online registration closes at midnight on 7/31. Registration will be available on-site, but online registration is strongly encouraged.
  21. awesome. I'll text Sherri and see what her plan is. We talked about it briefly when she was here. YES. I am, at least...
  22. I can't caravan. I'm pretty sure I'm not leaving til Friday morning and will do the whole thing in 1 day. Luckily I have a copilot to help with the driving. More importantly, when are we all meeting up at Weinerlicious??!?! I vote for dinner Friday night!
  23. There's an active thread about this year's MOTM here: http://dcmetrominis.org/forum/topic/4308-mini-on-the-mack/
