Great run. Thanks to everyone for setting it up, coordinating it, and attending. The weather was very agreeable but I'm sorry that I had to leave not long after getting to Bull Run (I'm from the North so I'll call it that) and I missed all the excitement. I'll chip in $5 towards AAA if it helps.

Just checking. The event scheduler states that the meeting is on 09-29-12 then has... DCMM Annual Meeting Sunday, September 29th 2012 at 1:30PM Well... Sunday is the 30th and the 29th is a Saturday. :embarassed: I'm just trying to get as many people to the meeting on the correct day.

I don't think so. The $$$ have to be reallocated to fix up a few rooms in the house for Thanksgiving this year. We are expecting ~25 relatives for dinner and the events of the day. I love my family but we haven't been to Disney World in 10 years and would love to go. :banghead:

Is anyone going to MINI of Annapolis? With autocross, hyperdrive, and the C3M run on the DelMarVa there aren't any RSVPs saying YES. They are saying it might be raining too. If there is an interest I could attend and convince my wife to have lunch at Cantlers.

Welcome, welcome. I'm late joining the welcome wagon. I just got back from a long weekend (5 day) in Ocean City with the family. Blak is nice and I know Route 9 from 81 to Berkeley Springs very well and it is fun. Actually, Hedgesville to Berkeley Springs is the fun part. A few of us work or live in and around Reston and if we don't see you around town I hope that Ernie and Blak get to meet at a future M&G or run. :top:

I drove by the Flagship car wash in Herndon, I even spoke with a worker. They do NOT have a self service option, even though their web site states that they do. Sorry to get anyone's hopes up. The old bait and switch.

Melissa, You mentioned that you drive out to Herndon sometimes. I just found out that the Flagship car wash chain has a place in Herndon, just off Elden St., and they have 24 hr. self-service bays. I have used Flagship for years and you can easily give your MINI a bath for around $4 using the wand.
