  1. Looks like a lot of roof storage systems are in demand. Brad is selling his yakima rail system / box from his clubman; I'm just trying to get all the details before putting up our own post.
  2. Nick I just saw your status changed to Maybe. That's unfortunate. However, the good news is Nando's is one of those order/pay at the counter types of restaurants so there's no need to really alert the restaurant of our group because there's no servers. Also since everyone pays for themselves there's no hassle to settling the bill. WIN WIN!
  3. Courtesy reminder about event on Sunday

    Happy Hour

I have class at 7:20pm, but I can go to Mosaic earlier and grab a bite before the bulk of folks arrive.
  6. I have a spare tire from Detroit Tuned that I picked up at the Dragon a few years ago. http://www.detroittuned.com/mini-cooper-spare-tire-4-lug/

  8. I didn't even pay attention to the forum source... but yes there are member only perks.
  9. Here's a couple of older forum posts about radio recommendations. http://dcmetrominis.org/forum/topic/2771-2-way-radios/?do=findComment&comment=36503 http://dcmetrominis.org/forum/topic/3365-speaking-of-radios/?do=findComment&comment=45316 Also there's usually members willing to share their extra one as long as you promise to return it. Another reason radios are needed is some areas won't have cell reception.
  10. No it's not, but hopefully you'll see the benefits of joining after you meet some of us.
  11. Welcome to the DCMM Forum. That's a nice looking Roadster. Have you seen that there's an event on Saturday (Spring Fling)?
  12. That's Jono (TATTRAT).. he's been seen around town a lot lately.

  15. I was there last week (Wed night) and service was great. Looking forward to it.
  16. The last time we went was Cinco de Mayo and we didn't have a reservation, right? I think that's why.
  17. Looks like we might get snowed in this weekend. :-/
  18. Shoot.... this completely slipped my mind. :banghead:
  19. Don't over commit the first year, especially on the drives.
  20. I see them now. Very cool. Looks like my CARicatures done by Ken Knafou of Central Florida Caricature. He goes to Mickey and MINI in Orlando which is where I got these.
  21. 9 times out of 10 it's probably Craig (Coop). The same guy who designs the shirts. He's not in the DC area, but he's like an honorary member for all the help he gives the club (and many other clubs). Unfortunately your graphics don't show up on my work computer so I look forward to seeing them later.
  22. That could be fun, but I cannot suggest a location.
