  3. I know Mark doesn't want to buy if enough people to I might go along. It's after the parade and I'm kind of worried is too much for one day, but if I can ride along with someone then that would work.
  4. Are you going for the brat award? What about the parade? That's in your hood, can you come play there?
  5. So Corey (1975 MINI) and I met in Manassas tonight at the mandatory parade planning meeting. He graciously took over the lead on the planning of the parade and I am so thankful. :adore: It's even worth the crap that I took for being 3 minutes late getting to the meeting, and I got stuck behind the world's longest train. wah wah wah Anyway, He will be posting all of the details about timing etc. He's got it all under control. I confirmed with Mike at PTuning that we can use their shop as a staging area. He said of course and he'll have cookies and coffee for us. He declared his love for the club, I told him he was awesome, there was much mutual appreciation  So now we need everyone else to please reply to Corey with what part of the cracker you want to represent. Once we have pairs we can work as teams.
  6. There's still one car spot left!
  7. There's room for one more car and we could use some sign holders
  8. Tigger and I want jokes! I love the exploding cracker Catalina can ride her unicycle amongst us and hand out candy if she wants. We can't throw anything
  9. I have family in town but don't let me stop you guys. I might be free Sunday before the board meeting. We have the parade on the agenda for the meeting so feel free to come and join in
  10. I can also see if I can get our description updated with the theme, then the judge will read it out as we go through
  11. I would love to get together to work on making crackers and build ideas. I was thinking we could put some of these jobs on signs that we stick on the cars. People can read them as we go through
  12. I think Catalina has all of the prizes
  13. Thanks for setting that up Alex, it was a lot of fun! I really enjoyed the restaurant much better than last time we were there. It's amazing what having heat can do to the experience. :top:
  14. Tigger and Roxie have been leaving for work the same time this week. Yesterday we shot down Little river turnpike together. I got stuck in the right lane behind a bus and I saw Direk and Roxie there to let me back to the left. Then on the merge to 395 I made room so that they could get in front. This morning we must have both been using Waze because neither one of us headed towards 395. I wish Quitta and Smokie left at the same time too, we could have a fun little morning caravan
  15. I get off of work at 5:00 in DC, have to shoot home, feed dogs and then head over. So I'll be later, think you guys will still be there around 7:00? Here we go with the happy hour shifts again.... :motor:
  16. Sigh... Someday you'll appreciate me and my flutter navigational skills As everyone can see, all was well in the lead car :top:
  17. HEY!!! I'm the best navigator you've ever had and we never got lost. My job got done
  18. I had a blast and was happy to offer my navigating expertise to Alex. The stories were fascinating and the guide was an awesome story teller. We were all really happy that it was indoors but those pew benches got really hard after awhile. Now I have no desire to stay in one of those quant little inns in town....
  19. Don't worry just drive safe
  20. I just heard from the guide, the tour will be indoors for the stories. However we can explore the locations on our own outside of we want. He said no one has fun when it's freezing. We can still take more people for the dinner or tour so feel free to show up even if you didn't RSVP. Meet us there if the run is too early.
  21. I'm meeting Mom for lunch and hope to be home briefly before heading out to meet Alex at his place at 2:00 so I will be hard to catch unless you can drop the stuff off at my house between the doors
  22. It's not scary at all, just ghost stories. I do hope it will be in the church since not only will that be warm but I love the architecture in old churches
  23. That would be awesome I'll check with the guy
