However, according to Sherri, there are spaces throughout the condo community that are not marked reserved that we can park in. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Food</strong>: As is our tradition, this will be a Pot Luck event. Please post what you will be bringing so we can ensure there's a wide variety.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Beverages</strong>: We'll have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available. If you prefer to partake of adult/intoxicating bevrages, please BYOB and plan on having a DD. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Gift</strong> <strong>Exchange</strong>: For those interested in participating, there will be a White Elephant gift exchange. HA!!! it's his birthday so he isn't coming to the parade. I think Hilary will have to keep me in line I'm kind of scared of Hilary so she will keep me behaving. Don't let that sweet face fool you she's tough!

I confirmed we are in a fully non-smoking area, I'm allergic so made sure of that. Also parking is very easy in the evening, you go around the block and park behind them. It's perfectly legal and there's a lot of it. We have our annual meeting here so I know the room and the parking. While they are smoking in the other lounge I have never been bothered by the smoke in the room that we'll be in. Don't worry I covered both of these issues :top:

They reserved the table for us at 6:00, I won't be there by 6:00 but if others make it early then there's a section for us

I know Mark doesn't want to buy if enough people to I might go along. It's after the parade and I'm kind of worried is too much for one day, but if I can ride along with someone then that would work.

So Corey (1975 MINI) and I met in Manassas tonight at the mandatory parade planning meeting. He graciously took over the lead on the planning of the parade and I am so thankful. :adore: It's even worth the crap that I took for being 3 minutes late getting to the meeting, and I got stuck behind the world's longest train. wah wah wah Anyway, He will be posting all of the details about timing etc. He's got it all under control. I confirmed with Mike at PTuning that we can use their shop as a staging area. He said of course and he'll have cookies and coffee for us. He declared his love for the club, I told him he was awesome, there was much mutual appreciation :love: So now we need everyone else to please reply to Corey with what part of the cracker you want to represent. Once we have pairs we can work as teams.
