Back when I repainted Tigger I bought a Ventura Clear bra online. I brought it to Randy to install and he showed me that I had the wrong one. He laid it across the car and it was clear that it was not a fit, I think they sent me a second gen one. I didn't want to wait and the one I had was ruined so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. However, I had already had Randy install his own clear bra. I don't want to sell it because I don't know for sure that it is the right one but it is supposed to be for a First Gen S. Made by Ventura shield so high quality. Who ever wants it can have it. I don't want to ship so either meet me at an event or come by and get it. I think I paid around $150 for it.

I think Craig McVeay has a belt tool, he moved on to the Jeep club but I'm sure he'd let you use it. Do you know him? (Cmcveay)

I think if you use recirc with the AC it won't fog your windows. You also don't get cold as long as the temp is set warm enough

Now I have a friend looking for an R53, this is what he sent me I would like to have an R53 hatch (’05 or preferably an ’06). Color doesn’t matter and we could go with a paddle shift auto or manual. Other than A/C, options don’t matter. I would like to keep the cost at $10K or less, but I don’t want anything with over 100K miles. He also wants to know if all automatics have paddle shifters. Anyone know about the paddle shifters and or know about a MINI for sale?

He will be conducting a detailing clinic for us and cover just a few topics. 1. Cleaning your engine 2. protecting your windshield (this is actually really cool with the Adam's Products) 3. Care of your wheels/ rims The clinic should be about an hour of demo, then some time for questions, chatting and buying product with our club member's only discount.

Ok so we'll shoot for Saturday an hour before the dinner. I'm a little worried that I'll be busy at vendor row but I think I'll be OK.

We're planning to offer a variety of styles (tank, hoodie, ladies V and regular crew necks) so adding another color to the mix really makes keeping the orders straight harder. Remember in addition to all of the styles we have to keep track of the sizes within each style. We just need to stick with one color

Mark's clutch and brakes have been covered under the extended Maintenance warranty. His clutch went out right as his maintenance warranty was running out so it was a no brainer to buy the extended warranty which cost the same as replacing the clutch.

Last year we all talked about doing a club photo but couldn't pull it all together. Let's try this again this year. How about Friday afternoon maybe around 5:00? We know most people will be there by Fri and I think the time should be after most drives and before the evening events start up. I think the parking lot by the lake is pretty, big enough and really close to Fontana but I'm open to other places.
