  1. They said we can bring food, but with it being cold I didn't know if there is enough room for us to all eat there.
  2. I'm really excited about this run. I checked out the winery and it is very dog friendly so that's cool since I love scratching dogs and smooching their furry noses. The winery doesn't serve food so we should find a restaurant for lunch after. Anyone know the area or should we just check the google? Right now we have a small group that won't need reservations, but if we grow we might need to be more formalized. Of course, after the parade we showed up with like 20 people with 15 minutes notice and the restaurant handled us happily.
  3. Love that shot of you :top: Glad it's all working now
  4. You're so funny  I see it as the MINI is so badass that they totally kill the Dragon with their mighty burbles. The orange just makes them faster! :motor: :motor: :motor::top:
  5. What ever :pcguru:
  6. I also really like the design. It's like it tells a story and it's uncomplicated. This design was a total brainstorming effort at the last board meeting
  7. Great, I was picturing myself sitting alone at the big table nursing my iced tea while telling the server that someone would be here any minute. I'm excited to see everyone I would like to mention that the cider braised short ribs are amazing!
  8. I went a little crazy and got myself the tank, V-neck and zipped hoodie
  9. Is anyone coming by 6:00ish?
  10. Back when I repainted Tigger I bought a Ventura Clear bra online. I brought it to Randy to install and he showed me that I had the wrong one. He laid it across the car and it was clear that it was not a fit, I think they sent me a second gen one. I didn't want to wait and the one I had was ruined so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. However, I had already had Randy install his own clear bra. I don't want to sell it because I don't know for sure that it is the right one but it is supposed to be for a First Gen S. Made by Ventura shield so high quality. Who ever wants it can have it. I don't want to ship so either meet me at an event or come by and get it. I think I paid around $150 for it.
  11. I think Craig McVeay has a belt tool, he moved on to the Jeep club but I'm sure he'd let you use it. Do you know him? (Cmcveay)
  12. I know a lot of people said they were interested in this topic. If you can make it, please RSVP
  13. I think if you use recirc with the AC it won't fog your windows. You also don't get cold as long as the temp is set warm enough
  14. Anyone that's at Fontana by Monday night is welcome to our cabin for our 4th Monday night potluck. Usually I have a theme but just bring something to share. Our cabin is on the top of Shuckstack and we have a beautiful view of the mountains. Hope to see some of you. Our cabin dwellers this year are Mark and I and Craig B for early week and then on Tues we get Melissa, Hilary and Sheri
  15. If you're be there by Tues morning sign up for Snooters Sweatshop it's a lot of fun http://www.minisonthedragon.com/2015-volunteers.php I'm not signing up for runs since I'm a vendor but if you want to get in on a run most will book up today
  16. Thanks everyone I'll pass this on.
  17. He wants a post refresh so I guess if he finds an auto it will have paddle shifters.
  18. Now I have a friend looking for an R53, this is what he sent me I would like to have an R53 hatch (’05 or preferably an ’06). Color doesn’t matter and we could go with a paddle shift auto or manual. Other than A/C, options don’t matter. I would like to keep the cost at $10K or less, but I don’t want anything with over 100K miles. He also wants to know if all automatics have paddle shifters. Anyone know about the paddle shifters and or know about a MINI for sale?
  19. We have a table reserved, it's on the first floor all the way in the back. It's under my name and I gave them the club name

  22. Welcome to the club!!!!!
  23. Ok so we'll shoot for Saturday an hour before the dinner. I'm a little worried that I'll be busy at vendor row but I think I'll be OK.
  24. We're planning to offer a variety of styles (tank, hoodie, ladies V and regular crew necks) so adding another color to the mix really makes keeping the orders straight harder. Remember in addition to all of the styles we have to keep track of the sizes within each style. We just need to stick with one color
  25. Here it is on the Tshirt design
