Mach V Dan

This is a set I had on my MINI for a few thousand miles. (None of my wheels seem to stay on there for more than that!) In that time I did manage to curb one of them. (Sigh.) But they're still in excellent shape. The centers all look good, and there's no other damage. New we sell them for $756 for the set. Take them off my hands for $400. (Cash preferred.) It's not a recall, since the company (and NHTSA) do not at this time consider it a safety issue. But if your car has certain symptoms, MINI will repair it for free. Mine had a loud diesel-sounding clatter at startup that got progressively worse. I took it in and MINI replaced every part of the timing chain system, no charge. Hi Violet, They do NOT replace the color-selectable ambient lighting. (You do know there's a switch to change that orange lighting to whatever color you want, right?) Um...it looks really, really lean for a turbo car. It's at 14.7 until almost 5000 rpm! Amazing. Not that it's dangerous, but I don't think there's any room for leaning it out until the very top of the RPM range. Even then, who knows how much margin for error is left. Remember that different dynos will read different amounts of power. Here's our car, stock, on the same type of dyno: Looks very similar to me.
