LostDenverite
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broasting It seems to be some professional cooking method combining pressure cooking with deep frying Ah. I didn't even think to Google it (am trying to work too, ya know), I thought it might have been a more localized/regional way to cook chicken. GreenCactus
You can often find it in rural/midwestern gas stations. We always called it "gas station chicken". As disturbing as it sounds, it's really good!!
carman63
CostCo and most grocery stores sell broasted chickens. Pretty tasty!
TGGRRR (Ali)
Wow, who would have thought an article about the Dragon would trigger a broasting discussion  Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman
FAST060
That gas station had every flavor or Tootsie Pops too! Pammy and I went Tootsie Pop crazy a couple years back! The breakfast options are great too! Buscuits and Gravy! Not as good as mine but a nice surprise before heading to the Cherohala.:top: https://www.instagram.com/smokiendabandit/ 2009 MCS, HzB/B, CWP, PP, "BLUR" MOTORING ID: SOAR143 - MINI Community Service 2013 JCW GP, Thunder Grey, "SMOKIE" MOTORING ID: FAST060 2014 MCS Clubman, Highclass Gray, "THE ADMIRAL"

maacodale
Did you see the article I did for Modern MINI on the Dragon last year? I have one coming out in their next issue on our MINIs on the Ferry run too. Will also be doing one on MINIs on Top and on Mickey & MINI's this year too. maacodale
Here's their website. http://www.modernmini.co.uk/ They're supposed to be available as a subscription online soon. I just don't see it yet. I'll keep y'all informed. The next issue is on sale July 27 according to the website. Some of our Barnes & Nobles down here in Hampton Roads carries Modern MINI.
