I didn't even think to Google it (am trying to work too, ya know), I thought it might have been a more localized/regional way to cook chicken.

I'll keep y'all informed. The next issue is on sale July 27 according to the website. Some of our Barnes & Nobles down here in Hampton Roads carries Modern MINI.
