  1. I've done the stick on door handles but they stuck out a bit too much for me so I eventually replaced the entire handle with real MINI door handles, (Thank you YouTube). But I don't have experience with the stick on mirror caps, hopefully someone else will chime in! I do know that you can find the stick on caps with the holes in them so that the MINI logo still shines. I hope you enjoy your new MINI! ~Lorri
  2. Hi Jak, are you planning on adding a little flair by buying the stick on ones in a design or color, or do you plan to replace the entire mirror unit?
  3. That's a thought Geno, I'll make sure @1975_mini sees this, perhaps there will be enough interest to start an order post event.
  4. Hi everyone, since quite a few people have asked, we are NOT doing T-Shirts this year for MTTB#13, we did not have time to get them ordered.
  5. No information yet except that the start will be in Albuquerque New Mexico next July
  6. Thanks for sharing. I really think they should not have messed with the iconic round headlights, among other things

We're on vacation the first two weeks in October, have fun everyone!
  8. Did Brandy check to see if they had Old Bay ice cream again this year?
  9. Hey friends, Mike and I should be arriving mid-day on Friday. We are staying at the Quality Inn Lakefront (1021 N. State St, St. Ignace) I'm not sure we can squeeze in a dinner prior to the event on Friday night, but let me know if we want to meet up at the event. EDIT: Looks like the Friday event is a 7:30 pm drive to watch the sunset at Sand Dunes Beach. The sunset is at 9:05. With an early start time the next morning I'm not sure if Mike & I will go on the Friday night drive. I think it would be cool if we can drive the bridge together on Saturday, we stayed together as a club at the Frederick stop of MTTS last year and it was fun driving together. It's an early morning on Saturday but we could find a meeting place and drive into the staging area together. I'll PM everyone my phone number so we can do a group chat. @NUTTY @Widdie @PlaidSneakers
  10. The agenda for the weekend.

  14. Congratulations on the sale!
  15. The video is up on our DCMM YouTube channel for the run to Prospect Point Brewery. Thanks again @GreenCactus for a great drive! HSB: Prospect Point 06.11.23 (Unfortunately for some unknown reason my GoPro stopped recording a little early, even though it had plenty of memory and battery, the little stinker!)
  16. WHOOP! This will be fun. I'll have to get the club flag from Corey (He & Brandy can't go now) so that we can find our DCMM members up there during the rally. We can try to drive together across the bridge.
  17. Mike and I are excited to attend our first MOTM. We're bringing our little dog Minni too
  18. Let us know if you plan to attend MOTM in August. August 4-5 in Michigan MINI On The Mack Registration
  19. It was nice to see you again Susan, it'd been a minute since MTTS. Glad you and Jerry enjoyed it. (He and I bonded over insurance at Bear Chase, ) Bummer that it was so cloudy, the view at Bear Chase is amazing. Looking forward to seeing you again at MOTD if not before then.
  20. That was the coolest thing! What epic timing. We were a little confused at first, "How did he know the exact moment we'd be in Middleburg?" Thanks for taking the photos and for sweeping for a bit
  21. Thank you to everyone that came out today, it was fun driving horse country with you and sharing a beverage at Bear Chase afterwards.
  22. No problem, thanks for letting us know so we don't wait on you. You can "Leave the event" by clicking in the green box under "You are going"
  23. Right now we plan to run rain or shine unless everyone drops out. Hoping that it clears though, it’s a beautiful run when the sun is out. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow
  24. So the plan right now is to still make our way to Middleburg. The road closures for the Art event are on the side street that parallels the main road (Washington St) so we should be ok to drive through town. We'll parade on through, and head toward Bear Chase. Our run is really only about an hour and 15 minutes long, so a lunch stop isn't necessary, the Middleburg stop is just part of the Derby vibe of the "Run for the Roses" and was well received last year. Bear Chase has plenty of food options. Also, I have been watching the weather, it appears as if the rain forecast is supposed to end mid-morning, it should be clear for most, if not all, of our drive. **As a reminder: Bear Chase has a gravel parking lot
  25. Whoa! Thanks for posting this, we may need to pivot our lunch spot. Parking is already a nightmare in Middleburg
