  2. I received it as well. I used it last week and got discounted on parts ! :motor:
  3. http://www.amazon.com/Mini-Spark-Performance-ignition-cable/dp/B00AM9XWMC Its not orange but it looks close ! (haha)

  5. I will be looking to purchase some H&R sport springs very soon as well as have them installed.
  6. Awesome! I don't live in Country Club View anymore but some members of my family do and I'm usually in the neighborhood once a week or so. Next time I'll be sure to wave or honk!
  7. :dontknow: Okay! I dont mind if its something intentional i like the little pops and burbles. It makes the exhaust sounds pretty throaty. Just the "bang" sounded more like a backfire to me :dontknow: thats okay, as long as I dont have any exhaust issues. Idk, Olive surprises me with her little quirks everyday
  8. Okay so today I was driving back to work and had only been driving my car for about 15 minutes. Normally when i drive a little agressively with the "sport" mode on I hear the exhaust pop or gurggle a little and I know this is normal (from what i've read). But, today I heard at two seperate times a quite loud "bang" noise come from the exhaust. Is this normal ? it was quite a startling sound...I actually looked around to make sure that it was me. It was similar to the pops/gurggle it normally makes just louder and more like a "snap". I dont know sometimes those sounds worry me as if I have an exhaust leak or something! But i guess... most of the sounds i'm hearing are normal. Should I be concerned? Do some MINI's pop/gurggle more than others?
  9. Yep! Look forward to meeting you as well!
  10. Yep that would be the neighborhood. I grew up on Gadsden as well
  11. I always see a black clubman and I use to see blue hardtop parked in the neighborhood across from fairfax country club I assume maybe they're members?... anywho :wavey:
  12. Ah, yes perfect. This is exactly what I want to do! I assume it covers the whole belt-line from the front windshield to the rear?
  13. The chrome trim around my windows, i wish it was black!
  14. I love the plastidip look however i'm always really hesitant about some DIY projects. I always think that i'll end up messing something up pretty bad. Does anyone know of a paint shop/place where I can take my MINI in to have it done for me? I'm sure its easy i'm just on the more cautious side when it comes to paint.
  15. Just ran into a yellow MINI with black wheels and black trim over near fairlakes. Awesome MINI I really want black trim now!
  16. Hi,, welcome! As far as tint goes I've always liked LA tint in Manassas. They've always been friendly and helpful to me.

  18. Thanks for the link Ali, "Cosmoline" is sprayed between the bonnet's two panels as well as door panels to prevent corrosion. When it gets hot outside it seems to ooze out and stain the fender trim above the front wheels. :banghead: Oh well, I'm going to try to clean it the best I can if that doesn't work hopefully MINI will replace it under warranty. *fingers crossed*
  19. Has anybody else experienced issues with cosmoline dripping onto the front fenders? If so, we're you able to remove the stain?
  20. Also currently have the R90 - 17" CROSS SPOKE COMPOSITE WHEELS on Oliver ( some days I like the way the look other days I don't) I was wondering if anyone was looking to trade wheels or if anyone knew of someone getting rid of a nice looking set? Thanks!
  21. The new facility is absolutely amazing. It's about 70% complete. The next phase of the new building will be a brand new BMW show room. I've also had to opportunity to get a full tour of the new facility and the "old". The "old" building's service bay will also get a facelift with some new pieces of service equipment, all state of the art. I can't wait to have the "old" building all to our selves!
