I took off last Friday to go down to the Blacksburg/Radford area to visit my brother who is there for his new job for a few months. So I decided to take Skyline Drive on the way down Friday, me and him would do the Back of the Dragon on Saturday, and then to get home I would go Blue Ridge Parkway. Got very luck with the rain holding off all day Friday. Then Saturday it looked like it was going to rain all day, but very luckily it stopped as we neared Tazwel and only sprinkled a little bit once or twice till we were on our way back up to Tazwel. Sunday it sprinkled a little as I neared Blue Ridge, then held off till I hit 64. Saw a good amount of wildlife that the GoPro in time-lapse of coarse missed each one. Saw a good sized hawk and huge wild turkey. Almost hit two deer, a huge fox, and a rattle snake(somehow heard its rattle with the windows open going about 45 from almost a whole lane over). Started with around 1500-1600 miles and ended with about 2300. While I work on converting and uploading the GoPro stuff here is the pictures I took with my phone. Got my first wave from a Sky Blue Clubman on my way up Blue Ridge Parkway yesterday, well at least first wave that I've seen haha.

Passed one of the few other Coupes in the area this morning on the way in, blue with silver top and silver stripes. Also tagged a white, black top, black striped S Clubman with the tags of something close to NAWTEE.

It wasn't a whole lot of soap. I'll look at the bottle when I get home and tell ya what it says if he doesn't reply by then.

Since I'm having so much luck getting a sunny day for good pictures, figured I would get a few wet ones.

1. Some little blue angel fish 2. The one lighthouse on the island of Aruba, caught it at just the right day and time. 3. Same as #2 only more zoom. 4. The lizards love to sun themselves around the pool just as much as the people do. 5. Almost swam right into this little guy, he was about maybe two inches across. 6. Switched to macro to get a close up for some coral. All were taken with a Canon PowerShot SD790 IS in a waterproof case(obviously) except for 2 & 3. All of them are unedited, except #1 just cropped.

I'll root though my scuba folder and find some good ones I took when I get home.

Sun just started to come out on my way to the garage after work, so took a quick spin up to the top floor.

With the exception of getting myself stuck in that hold on the way out of the parking lot I had a blast. Other than a little dirt there are only a few little scrapes on the bottom edge of the black trim on the bottom of the bumper(not happy about it, but silver lining is the JCW Aero kit will be be here in 3ish weeks and will replace that part). Thanks again to whoever it was that helped me out of there, there is a very small dent where you pushed down but it should be easy to pop back out(or just wait till I take it in for the aero kit install and have them do it for me) :top:

That would likely result in a 3 hour lunch and driving it back to work, boss would not be happy haha.

I wish, but with only 1/2 of the techs here today no can do. Not being able to get there till 6-6:30 tonight and wanting my dad to be there will have to wait till tomorrow afternoon.

Expected to arrive at MoS on Friday, perfect timing for the Paw Paw run! Unfortunately the Aero Kit is on back-order and wont be here till mid July, but they'll have it painted when it gets here and give me a loaner for the day or two while they install it.

The owners lounge just flipped to at the VDC in the last hour or so

That reminds me I need to let MoS know they don't need to waste a day waiting for me to come see it before it goes to the body shop for the aero kit install xD
