From what I understand it is open to the mini group. You can reserve for rooms, but not for tents. No worries. We will find a spot. Tyler, I can't get the Lady from Topaco to say yay or nay. I called her last week and she said that they had room but she would have to call me back by the end of this week. Tried to call again today, no one answered. :hmmmm:
Oh cool, I've always wanted to stay there. Can't get any closer to the dragon than that.

I don't know, but I thought that only people with bikes stay there. They are a motorcycle resort. I would guess if they are available to us, they will fill up quickly
Yeah, last time I check The deals gap resort was motos only. Erin, are you not staying at Topaco anymore?

It's too early to put in for mine, but on a side note.. Is there usually a thread that let's everyone post their departure times from the area so people can organize caravans? Or does that happen within this thread?

Great! I may bring chicken or pork BBQ and mini buns, BBQ does better overall on low in a slow cooker for parties. I may have some red Solo cups laying around, ill bring them if I find them
We are bringing crock pot BBQ also, I wonder if its the same new recipe? Did you get if off of pintrest?

Too late. Sara and I want to attend, as of right now nothing within 20mins is available. Though I haven't checked with Tapaco because you have to call in. I'm assuming it's probably full.

Is everyone parking together on a designated level (maybe top level?) or just anywhere?

In one piece, 12" x 40", but if it's smaller pieces that will be put together, there's really no limit.

Hello, I'm Tyler and I'm Sara's +1. Not a Mini owner myself, but a big fan of Minis! I'll either be riding in Sara's mini or driving my Elise. It was nice meeting some of you at the Sterling event. Looking forward to future meets and drives.
