This year's event will include a Friday Night Cookout sponsored by the Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club. We will be having the cookout at the Deep Creek Picnic Pavilion (The Great Smokey Mountain National Park), about 3 miles north of Bryson City, NC, at 5:00 PM on Friday evening the 9th of October.

PRE-REGISTRATION is very important. It will let us know how many cars to plan for. It will also allow us to send out important information by email all those who register as the event gets closer. If you are at least 75% sure you are coming, please register today, you can always cancel at a later date.

Shirts for this event are to be pre-paid during registration. The cut-off date to purchase shirts is September 8th. You will pick up your shirts Friday night at the cookout or at Fontana Village during the weekend.

Will you be bringing more than one MINI? You will be able to "add another vehicle" in your account after you complete the registration.

Stay tuned to the club's website for all the complete info prior to the event.
