    That's an idea. :top: But I won't let the dog dictate where everyone else wants to eat. We'll see how it all shakes out.

     

    He's an English Bulldog, so I'd love to do a group shot of him and all the cars.

    Hey are we going to try and have lunch in Springfield? I'm thinking if we're not I'll need to bring snacks or I risk getting grumpy

    I see a Hot Chocolate with a white top and stripes in Fairfax Station/Burke every once in a while. I saw it again today and the driver turned her head to look at me and Monster as she passed. One of these days I'm going to follow her or something to give her a card. MINIs are one thing, but brown MINIs? :love:

    Here's some info I just got from Carlos:

     

    I use Global QDP. It is a metal free, color stable film. I have been using this film for over 10 years. I do stand behind my work. If any problems pop up I will take care of it, as long as you own the car

    I had you down at 8:30 for a minute as a placeholder after getting your PM. Doesn't matter to me - I'll be there all day!

    8:30 is pretty early... it probably makes the most sense for me to take that one. Everyone else can sleep in a bit.

    Can you also add info on the prices for the group tint and what tint Carlos will be bringing.

    Full MINI (Doors, Rear Quarter, Rear Glass)

     

    Cooper - $130

    Clubman - $140

    Countryman - $160

    Sunroofs - add $30

     

    Carlos can accept credit card and cash payments.

     

    Tint Shades:

    Carlos would like to know what shade you'd like so that he brings the right stuff for everyone. He carries 50%, 35%, 20% and 5%. He also has blue tint in both 35% and 50%.

     

    Submit any questions you have for Carlos here and I will pass them along.

     

    Here is a draft schedule. Pick your time and I will edit accordingly.

    I notice EVERY MINI around me and look at the driver of everyone (in hopes of an acknowledgement or a wave) and VERY VERY few (Dayum near none) even look in the direction of another MINI. It's sad. No, it's pathetic.

     

    I notice them all too, and have also rarely even gotten a look in return. I wondered if it was Countryman hate, but that can't account for all of them. I think it's just because I haven't seen any of you on my day-to-day travels yet. :wink:
