Well I say that standards are boys and automatics are girls, but I know there are many that disagree with my little theory.

In the monthly area Enter the garage on the Glebe St Side as soon as you enter, go to the right and turn where it says monthly (monthly doesn't apply on weekends) Go till you see MINIs I would say I'm going to try to find us spots on the first level you hit but not in the big parking section. I can't really define it exactly since we want it kind of quiet and have to see when we get there. But that area tends to be quiet.

Thanks Sherm Oh yes, volunteers will be on the run We'll need to organize the run itself, will probably need two leaders (in case we get broken up) and two sweepers. We'll need people in the middle of the pack to relay on the radios. Once we get to Dry Falls we'll need to organize sending a few cars down to the falls and back which is going to be interesting. The reason for such an early start is we want to get to the park while things are still quiet. Ali

I see you have a First Gen, right? You have better options then the second gens. My car has an aftermarket Pioneer system that came with it. I wish I knew a good sound place because I just went to Best Buy, and honestly my Sirius has had issues and I need to bring it back AGAIN to have them fix it. I'll be watching to see who has suggestions for this. Ali

After I saw Celia registered, I googled MOTD 2012 registration and it came right up We're signed up for the Welcome dinner, I'm signed up for bingo, Mark the Brew swap I didn't sign up for the waterfall run since I'm organizing it.

It won't fill up fast, they allow a lot of people to sign up and you can register till pretty much right before it. Plus it's only like $5 to sign up, not a huge financial commitment. What can fill up are the organized drives, so if you register, then you can also get in on the drives that you want to do. Even camping spots are probably full now, but you might want to reserve a room in the Microtel as a back up. I know Dale and Regina are staying there. Ali

We were talking about maybe doing some light painting with the MINIs. Craig and I took a shot at it tonight. Here's one where I light painted Merlin's headlight. (Ali's original link: ) I tried to embed it as an image, but I kept getting the broken box. ugh Anyway, it is fun, you need an array of flashlights and a tripod and a parking lot that is reasonably dark. Remember even if you don't have all that, Craig and I have it so we can take the pics for you. I also have a loaner tripod, but I wouldn't suggest putting a nice camera on it.

I got stuck behind two of those last year, did they ever think of pulling over?? They were going under the speed limit. Arrgh
