[6th Annual DCMM Picnic]

Updated, but too late. I just got back from the beach. Paul and I will be coming, but if you don't have enough, we'll survive.

After getting lost around Ashville, I got back on track, braved the rain, and decided to drive home in one day. A good audio book helped pass the times and miles. Woke up this AM with a slight case of food poisoning, brought to me by a McD's fish sandwich. I'm better now, but still feeling a little squiffy.

I haven't even unloaded the car yet, so will get that done tomorrow.

Is it too early to start next year's countdown yet?

I can't take tomorrow off, though I really wish I could. I have way too much work to finish up. I'm completely not ready to leave. The cabin decorations are assembled and most supplies have been purchased, but I still have to pack (and do laundry). Poor Cricket won't be getting a bath before we leave... Unless someone wants to come get her tomorrow...
