1975_mini Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 Looking for some feed back, I am considering removing the bonnet and boot stripes and instead adding the JCW rocker panel graphics. I have included photos with the graphics in place. First the white will only be in the JCW logo the best in just the backing. The logo near the rear tire is the factory intended install, but I kind of feel the graphic looks backwards that way carding forward. The second photo is the graphic reversed with the jcw by the front the graphic narrowing towards the back. The only downside to this way is the logo would fall on the door seem and spilt when the door is open. Not that big a deal. Map my options are: -leaving it as is (stripes, no side graphic) - factory side (no stripes, logo to rear) - reverse side (no stripes, logo to front) look forward to hearing everyone input, I am evenly split between the 3 at the moment. 1975 Mini 1000, 998cc A+ w/ K&N air filter, 10" Mamba wheels
TGGRRR (Ali) Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 I'm torn myself here, I like it as it is but the side graphic is really nice. It goes well with the car Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman
GreenCactus Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 I could probably make the JCW graphic smaller, so it would fit. However, I like the logo to the back, better.
TGGRRR (Ali) Posted October 2, 2017 Report Posted October 2, 2017 I do like the JCW to the back better because the stripes indicate movement and it looks more natural with the logo further back Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman
wyretrip Posted October 6, 2017 Report Posted October 6, 2017 I’m going to screw this up and say that I like the logo to the front. Like the short part of the gradient to the back of the car so it looks like it is fading.
