If not, anyone driving through Houston in the next 30 days and can shuttle a set of GP wheels for me? LOL Tires will help protect the rim, but will add greatly to the weight, you should cut out cardboard discs and tape them to the face of the wheel. And the person receiving the shipment has lots of fun popping the bubbles. Highpoint1 Posted June 22, 2015 Report Share Posted June 22, 2015 If you have access to a shipping pallet and strapping tape (preferably the heavy-duty industrial kind), you'll probably find the rates of a less-than-truckload (LTL) common carrier rates the lowest.
