Scavenger
So, where are we with ECU stuff these days? I know Haemish & Craig have some tools for various flashing and computer mod stuff, I'm just wondering does anyone now have a tool for checking out the ECU tune in the R53? I'm just curious to take a look if possible. 2006 MCS, SB/S , "B.A." Performance: DINAN "Stage 5" tune, throttle body, boost kit (fuel pump, pulley), & CAI; JCW exhaust sans resonator, brakes, & GP IC; DDM IC diverter; CSF Racing Aluminum Radiator Suspension: DINAN front strut brace; Alta 22mm rear bar; KW V1 coil-overs; H-Sport adjustable rear control arms; CravenSpeed strut underators Interior: CravenSpeed gauge mounts with Cooper S boost and voltage, & shift well cover Wheels: Enkei PF01 17" Audio: Kenwood Excelon KDC-X994 HU; MTX Terminator speakers F&B Alan @ opensource.com

cmcveay
Yeah, I found that I can only "code" 2nd Gens. The software that I have is the same, as are the rest of the parts. The difference is, the pin-outs on the OBD-II connector has two pins that are different so my set up won't "talk" to the first gens body control modules. Some of the recent "discoveries" for coding in the 2nd gen is pretty darn cool though! 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon "Homer" 2012 MB/CR JCW R55 "Merlin" Sold 2009 LB/LB R56 "Archie" Sold

TGGRRR (Ali)
Ali showed me the link to the device. pricey! Would be fun to have though. Mine pairs with a specific MINI, so I don't think I can use it on others. I was hoping to discuss it more with Jan at the Dragon.
