No AC noise, just hot air. I'll pick up and replace the vcg, I've changed a few so I feel comfy doing that. I will locate the tstat and wp then check for leaks. thanks for the help! I will update.

So I am usually pretty comfortable with breaking open the engine of my cars. For some reason the mini has me intimidated. I have a 09 MCS that has been giving me some worries recently. I have been topping off coolant but it is getting hot and I don't want to blow a gasket. Symptoms: Tick in the back of the motor coolant leak-causing overheating warning possible oil leak between air box and motor no ac (im ok riding with the windows down but the wife isn't) I just changed my front tires and the shop gave me a list of to do's see picture. Will this fix my problems? I need a second opinion before I do these myself. I don't want to get done with these things assuming it will fix my problem, and it doesn't. haha been there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hey guys and gals! I want to apologize about the lackluster winter season on instagram. I have been dealing with the closest thing to chaos in my personal life so my hobbies kind of suffered. My light just came on too! I am living in PA now though so i have to make a trip happened. Montgomery Mini gave me a quote for 600 on the front alone :banghead: I very quickly decided I am going to do them myself. I want to upgrade them. Any one have preferences?

Are there any problems with posting this on the DCMM Instagram Page?

I may not be able to go to MTTS but I did have some fun with a bunch of bikes on 95 last night at about 11pm. I got tired of them blocking the road off trying to do tricks. The looks on their faces when I flew by them in a turn lane was priceless. :motor: Needless to say they caught up to me but I messed around with them for about 10 miles. at excessive speeds. Thank goodness for the radar...

Also it gets darker with more layers.

So, I didn't know if i should have posted this in the " Plasti-Dip Thread or if there is a "de chrome" thread but I came across something awesome last night! I was using the Plasti-dip product "smoke" which is an opaque grey application. I went plasti dip crazy using black on the headlight and tail light chrome trip as well as the grill trim. But I was also Smoking the tail lights on my mini and the tail lights on my wife's mazda when I got this crazy Idea. What would it look like over the Chrome? In the picture you can see I only applied it to the mini badge and then peeled out the center, gas cap chrome for comparison. It kind of matches the silver on the dash! :rock:
