I know one thing, I will never plan an event so early in advance, I've be dieing to go since the day was finalized!:motor:

9 more days to sign up for the event! Thanks to everyone who has already signed up! Anyone who wants to race for the cup Full O' Cash is eligible, but nothing is mandatory. You will still be able to win your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place trophy. For those who want to lose their money to me:wavey: we will be using Edge's suggestion of the 5-3-1 rule!

Ok, so I have an idea. Since we are doing the sprint race the price is now $85. I plan on repaying everyone on race day OR we can put into a pot and the winner takes all (or we can divide between 1st, 2nd, 3rd). If we fill all 20 spots it's $100. What do you think?

Great news!!! We are at 11 paid drivers, not including the 2 checks I'm expecting in the mail. I will call allsports today and upgrade our package to Sprint Racing.

Oh, as far as food goes, because they do not have consessions on location, they have no issues with food being brought in. I will double check though we I call to add more racers.

Just a reminder to everyone, only 9 more days to sign up and get us slated for the Sprint Kart racing. If we do not make this dead line we will have to limit the amount of drivers to only 11! We currently have 8 paid in full members, not including Wahoo_shoe's check that is in the mail (+2). So really we only have one more spot to fill. :motor:
