He's a maybe too
We (sara and I + anyone else) may be planning a trip in the fall to ensure we get at least 1 dragon trip this year.

Boooooo What will Mark do?
Collin!
-
Most likely won't be able to attend this year .

I'd be happy to see how much better I can do in my car. Especially with brand new Direzzas as of tomorrow! No fee required, this would return the favor you did by inviting me
DONE, thank you so much! Let me at least buy you lunch! I'll see you Saturday!

Anyone going to the autox at Waldorf on Saturday? The Lotus is out of commission temporarily but I have already signed up. If anyone is signed up and wants a co-driver I will pay your entrance fee!

I've been meaning to post this up but just never get time, I hand build and create one-off items from pallets, barn wood, and flooring. Lately people have asked me about building wine-liquor type racks again so I decided to go ahead and do a few more. This is one example of my racks in the raw, I can create them in many, many, many styles, shapes, and sizes. I also do Pinterest recreations as well so if you've seen it, I can most likely accommodate you.

Just saw this! Do you have a website or pictures of some of your work? We are looking for a table 72" X 36" made from reclaimed wood.

We got lucky this weekend, dry asphalt and fun courses!

Yeah, yesterday turned out great! I wish I would have realized how to properly use my gas pedal earlier on! I held back waay to much on my first 3 runs.

And as long as it rains the whole time it kills everyone's time. We used to get mad when it rained in the morning and then dried up. You get pummeled by the afternoon only people
With SCCA you only race against the people in your class and you all run at the same time so that doesn't happen.
For me, it's mostly I don't want to stand in the rain for 4hours for 4mins of racing.

Weather reports let me down today, when I went to bed last night it was 100% rain all day. Then I woke up and it said, rain from 11-200pm .....still no rain. :banghead:
-
I'll be there regardless of rain this time. Can't lose anymore points.
-
See you there assuming its not pouring rain

As others have stated, as long as your mod does not directly relate to any issues you are having, they have no grounds to reject you.
This is just my tin foil hat side, but keep in mind, we don't know if they are keeping records of all the mods you have (from previous visits), so if you come in with some kind of MAF issue, but you take off your aftermarket intake and put the OEM one on, they might call you out on that.
-
I debated on attending, because I pre-paid for the whole season and I need the points, but standing in the cold rain and driving with R comps that don't even heat up in this weather didn't seem to appealing.

It usually doesn't rain all day. it will be cloudy all day but just a few showers on and off
A wet dragon is bad dragon.

The extended forecast is looking pretty crappy rain from Wednesday - Sunday. It's still early, but I haven't been to a MOTD that hasn't had at least 2 rained out days. It really needs to be pushed back into June. If I was only coming for the actual event days, I'd be pissed.

Wed night the MINI Skirt Palooza party theme is super heroes, does everyone have a costume? A cape? their tights and undies on top?
We arrive Sunday and I am still trying to decide where to eat Sunday night but I'm thinking the Fillin station in Robbinsville
We are not doing the potluck at our cabin on Monday night any more. Since becoming a vendor I was spending too much time prepping for the potluck so instead we're going to do a dinner run. We leave when Melissa arrives.
I'd like to go to At River's Edge but they close kind of early so not sure we'll make it. Any suggestions for Monday night dinner? Maybe Tapoca and eat by the river?
Who's there for dinner on Monday?
I'm getting so excited. Started packing last night. I packed my super hero costume. I might need to get Tyler to take some shots of Tigger and Cat woman! Meeeow
lol Deal. I'm down to eat where ever. Knock on wood* the forecast looks like I will be able to leave with you guys on Sunday still.

UGGGHHH... 6 days until I depart and not even close to being ready yet. I still need to adjust my ride height due to new wheel tire/set up, change the oil and possibly the brake fluid. I have an alignment and corner balance scheduled for Friday and I still need to wash and wax the car. (PS, due to road grime and massive amounts of rubber/brake dust) you really should put a few coats of wax on the car before the trip, it will make cleaning up the car after a lot easier.)
I'm sure I will find more to do. I may even change my springs before I get the alignment done. :stupid:

Thanks for posting Chris! Even though that was my second run and 2 sec slower than my fastest. It really shows how much more I need to be on the gas!! Gotta get use to having the LSD and stop babying the car.

Kyle Conners at 1 time was running OEM M5 wheels, if you can find the specs on those, it might help give you idea. They looked pretty aggressive on the car.
