Rear-ended by a civic in my 2011 Cooper S (R57) ... I'm OK

So, my mini is going to need a new rear bumper, exhaust, and basic stuff.  I was wondering what new bumper cover and what exhaust upgrade I should get.  I am guessing its from cat back?  So, when it comes to the exhaust, I want a little more sound (like full time Sport mode sound but, not to much), I mainly want better accessible power!

 

And yes, that's his bumper under mine.

Talked with an appraiser and he is saying that I will need a cat back exhaust.  So, I can get an aftermarket or a new JCW cat back exhaust.  Suggestions...
