Pillar wrap

My B Pillar, and my D Pillar have pretty significant scratch damage to them. Has anyone fixed theirs?

 

I don't think polish is going to work for my damage so I'm considering using a film/vinyl wrap and I was wondering how successful this route would be. My car is a 2020 so I hate that those pillars look so bad already.

Wrapping the pillars shouldn't be too hard.

 

I polish mine about once a year.  I swear they scratch if you even look at them.
